Massage Therapy
Massage provides relief to sore and achy muscles thru the proper application of even pressure along these tissues. In addition, Massage helps to improve circulation, strengthen connective tissue, improve mental alertness, strengthen the immune system, provide more restful sleep, and facilitate a more relaxed state of mind. Massage styles to be selected vary from the calming pressure of a Swedish Massage to the more activity-specific application of a Sports Massage to the desired increased intensity and releasing effects of a Deep Tissue Massage. These Massages may be enjoyed during 30 minute, 60 minute, and 90 minute sessions.
