Things You Must Have
- Drivers License
- Hearing Aids; if required (bring them to the exam with fresh batteries)
- Glasses or contact lenses; (if you wear contact lenses it is recommended you also bring your glasses)
If you have been granted a SPE, Skill Performance Evaluation, for a fixed deficit you MUST bring this:
Things That Are Recommended
- Have your paperwork already filled out
- Necessary medical records from your treating physician regarding a condition
- Make sure you are rested and fresh
- If you take medication, have information on which doctor it was prescribed from and the dosage amounts
- If you do take medication, take this when you are supposed to prior to the exam
- Avoid stimulants such as coffee or Red Bull just prior to the exam
- Make sure you are well hydrated and have taken in an adequate amount of nutrients
